2018年11月21日，清华经管学院邀请了麦肯锡《全球领导力》的授课导师—加拿大最大的投资基金，同时也是全球十大退休基金之一的加拿大养老基金（CPPIB）的总裁及首席执行官Mark Wiseman，为大家进行“Human + Machine”的直播课。（全英文授课）

CPPIB在中国投资的资金已达170亿加元（约合870亿元人民币），占其全球投资的4%，范围遍及私募、公开市场、房地产、物流等多个领域，在中国的投资包括美团点评、阿里巴巴、蚂蚁金服等。

Disruption & Technology in Investing
Introduction to your skill seminar on investor’s perspective

Time: 7:30pm-9:30pm, Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018

Target Students:
This is one of the skill seminars for MiM/CEMS students.
This is a course that is open to MBA students (to earn the credit, additional work is needed, please contact us for further information).
Ø  What would be the future of our own assets and institutional investors with
“Human + Machine”?
Ø  We invite one of most recognized leaders in the investment field (see the attached bio for a glimpse) to share his vision on Disruption & Technology inInvesting.

The seminar has TWO parts: a lecture given by Mr. Mark Wiseman, Global Head of Active Equities for BlackRock and Chairman of BlackRock Alternative Investors ; and a Case Competition supported by BlackRock Greater China top executive team.

Lecture
In the lecture, Mr. Wiseman will cover the following topics:
• Focusing Capital on the Long Term
• Fixing the Future: Retirement & Pensions for the 21st Century
• Navigating Complexity: Politics & Regulation in Investing
• The Next Frontier: Growth of China & Asia in Investing

Case Competition
The case competition will be announced after the lecture and case material distributed to you on site. The case competition serves two purposes: the assignment for grading and a highly dynamic event that may lead to internship opportunity at BlackRock.
You can join the competition as a team of one person, but it is highly recommended that you form a team of less than six members.
You will be given a week to finish your assignment: a report that answers the questions listed at the end of the case material. The due time of the report is 10pm,Nov. 28, 2018.

案例竞赛

案例竞赛将在讲座和案例材料分发后公布在网站上给你。案件竞赛有两个目的：分级分配以及可能带来贝莱德实习机会的高度动态活动。

您可以作为一个人的团队参加比赛，但强烈建议你组成一个不到六个成员的团队。

您将有一周时间完成作业：一份回答问题的报告案例材料末尾列出的问题。报告的截止时间是2018年11月28日晚上10点，请联系您的项目经理注册课程。

清华经管-麦肯锡“全球领导力”系列课程由清华经管与麦肯锡共同策划，针对清华大学研究生和 MBA 开设的学分课，上线的在线课程一共 6 个模块。

鲍达民曾为全球和中国多家领先的金融机构就战略、全球化和公司治理等广泛问题出谋划策；除了客户工作，他还在中国广泛参与非营利和慈善活动，在上海居住五年期间因对当地社会、文化和经济发展所作出的杰出贡献而于2008年荣获上海市政府所颁发的“白玉兰纪念奖”。
