孙刚:个人财商的影响因素研究及个人财商指数的构建

▇ 论文摘要:

财商已经成为全球学术界、商界和社会普遍关注的话题,但是现阶段对于财商的学术研究、财商教育尚不成熟,缺乏理论深度和实证支持依据,也未系统地研究财商的影响因子以及各因子的影响程度,研究与实践也存在较大的鸿沟。

本文旨在为个人构建一套科学合理的财商指数,寻找能够影响或预测个人财商的因子,并且设计财商指数的计算公式,构建一套财商衡量标准并将其系统、普遍地运用于个人财商的评估。本文根据对既有文献的研究,以及金融行业内的调研,发现投资收益率、风险控制能力、安全感和满足感在很大程度上可以构成财商的代理指标。同时,本文作者根据业内的访谈、调研,并参考已有文献的研究,从数十个财商的影响因子中选择了五个相关性较强的因子,作为财商的解释变量,试图发掘影响因子与财商之间的关系。


本文尝试找到的五个财商影响因子包括:个人的风险偏好/行为偏好、社交网络/信息渠道、消费习惯/消费观念、成长环境、金融素养。本论文将详细阐述财商及其影响因子的理论基础。本文使用中国家庭金融调查与研究中心(Survey and Research Center for China Household Finance, CHFS)的中国家庭金融调查数据库,选取了2859个问卷问题中74个问题,构建了解释变量,选取18个问题构建了被解释变量,进行实证检验,探究各影响因子与财商的相关关系。

本文发现风险偏好/行为偏好、社交网络/信息渠道、成长环境、金融素养4个因子与财商指数之间存在显著相关关系。本文设计了一套个人财商指数,设置了一套打分体系,未来将把财商指数运用到财商教育和财商评估的实践之中。

▇ ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this paper is to construct a scientific and reasonable Financial Quotient index for individuals, find the factors that can affect or predict personal Financial Quotient, design the calculation formula of Financial Quotient index, construct a set of Financial Quotient measurement standard and apply it systematically and universally to the evaluation of personal Financial Quotient.

Based on the research of the existing literature and the investigation of the financial industry, this paper finds that Return on Investment (ROI), Risk Control Ability, Sense of Security and Satisfaction can constitute the proxy index of Financial Quotient to a large extent.

At the same time, according to the interviews and surveys in the industry, as well as the existing literature research, this paper s five impact factors with strong correlation from dozens of financial intelligence impact factors, and tries to explore the relationship between impact factors and Financial Quotient through empirical research.

This paper attempts to find out the five Financial Quotient impact factors including: Risk Appetite/Behavior Bias, Social Networking/Information Channel, Consumption Habits/Consumption Concepts, Growth Environment/Family Structure, Financial Literacy. This thesis will elaborate the theoretical basis of Financial Quotient and its impact factors in detail.


In this paper, 74 questions out of 2859 questionnaires were ed from the Survey and Research Center for China Household Finance (CHFS), and explanatory variables were constructed. 18 questions were ed to construct explained variables, and empirical tests were conducted to explore the correlation between each impact factor and Financial Quotient

This paper found that Risk Appetite/Behavior Bias, Social Networking/Information Channel,  Growth Environment/Family Structure and Financial Literacy were significantly correlated with Financial Quotient index. This paper designs a set of personal Financial Quotient index and sets up a scoring system. In the future, Financial Quotient index will be applied to the practice of Financial Quotient education and Financial Quotient assessment.

论文答辩圆满结束,但对于孙刚同学来说,这是一个新的开始。作为一名新商业文明的先行者和探索者,在自己的工作实践中亲身体验,并在企业家学者项目的课程学习中洗礼蜕变,带着探索的热情与勇气一步步走来,最终顺利通过答辩,相信在今后的日子里,孙刚同学的灼见与智慧,将会对整个行业的发展不断推进助力。
